M1 Pacific Motorway — Varsity Lakes to Tugun
Building Queensland developed a detailed business case for the 10-kilometre section of the M1 Pacific Motorway between Varsity Lakes and Tugun.
Working in partnership with the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Building Queensland investigated widening of the motorway from four to six lanes, along with several interchange and ramp upgrades. The detailed business case was completed in Q4 2018 and presented to the Queensland Government for consideration.
