Ebenezer Regional Industrial Area

The Ebenezer Regional Industrial Area is a proposed manufacturing hub located 15 kilometres south west of Ipswich City Centre around Ebenezer.

This greenfield site provides an opportunity to accommodate a mix of innovative, sustainable and best practice business and industry development.

Building Queensland, in partnership with Economic Development Queensland, led the development of a detailed business case investigating infrastructure to support potential manufacturing opportunities including:

  • internal precinct works such as roads, earthworks, reticulated water and sewerage, and other utilities
  • road access to the precinct from the Cunningham Highway, including intersection works
  • trunk Water Main.

Building Queensland completed the detailed business case in Q1 2019.
