Ebenezer Regional Industrial Area
The Ebenezer Regional Industrial Area is a proposed manufacturing hub located 15 kilometres south west of Ipswich City Centre around Ebenezer.
This greenfield site provides an opportunity to accommodate a mix of innovative, sustainable and best practice business and industry development.
Building Queensland, in partnership with Economic Development Queensland, led the development of a detailed business case investigating infrastructure to support potential manufacturing opportunities including:
- internal precinct works such as roads, earthworks, reticulated water and sewerage, and other utilities
- road access to the precinct from the Cunningham Highway, including intersection works
- trunk Water Main.
Building Queensland completed the detailed business case in Q1 2019.

Bruce Highway – Cairns Southern Access Corridor Stage 4 (Kate Street to Aumuller Street)
The Bruce Highway from Kate Street to Aumuller Street is an urban arterial road that provides connectivity from Cairns to the rest of Queensland and services both intra and inter-regional movement.

Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3A – Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads
The Gold Coast is Australia’s largest non-capital city and the second largest city in Queensland, with its population forecast to increase by 61 per cent to 928,000 in 2041. The provision of high-capacity public transport will allow the Gold Coast to accommodate forecast growth while preserving the attractiveness and liveability of the southern Gold Coast.

Bruce Highway – Deception Bay Road Interchange Stage 1 (Package 3)
